For 47 yrs. Now. Im sick and tired of. Helping the owner continue to over charge for the rent. All he does every 6 months is say the taxes is up so he needs to up on the rent. I called him out. I told him you steal from all of us. The taxes is not up on you cuz ive called to check on property taxes on apts. He is a liar and a thief. He was bad during the pandemic. He told us all if we cant pay th rent then move out. Will not give a good refrence to anyone. He is bad. We all here was half hungry. Had to eat with neighbors to have enough food to eat for the day. This is a senior living low income property. Everyone had to share there food to have a balanced meal. The owner is a demon. We can see it written all over his face. His actions speaks for himself. Seems like there are to many rich people thats a demon. Oh .the owner is a multi . millionare. He and his wife is the only owner of this place. They own other apts. To. Also owns different businesses to.

  11.  @vp5429  hi there v p. Im on low income. I have a regular mask. I. Guess the n 95 mask is better. I dont have a computer and no experience about them. My jobs didnt require them. Thank you for letting us know about the masks. We stay out of crowds. I dont go to the malls. To expensive. You are so right about healthy people getting sick. Im still leary of getting the covid shot. To much confusion. About it. I have a friend that got the covid shot. She started flu symtoms. She got tested she did have the virus. Her doctor told her she had. A sinuS infection. She lost a 2 week pay check. Stayed in quarnteen the two weeks. She got back to work this week. She feels great now since she got her sinus infection cleared up. Well the virus shot didnt do so good. She told her doctor she refuses to take another shot of anything til she knows what she has. Then the doctor can treat her systoms accordingly. She ask her doctor how can she have the c. Virus and all she had was a sinus infection. He said he did not know. Why her c. Test showed up positive and not have it . she said somebody needs to pay her for time off from work and perscription plus a doctor bill. She got a note from the doctor stating everything . her boss called her doctor for varrification of the letter and the appointment. I told her. She had a. Bad experience and lost pay. Her kids are fine. And grand kids to. They all live in a house together to make ends meet. So all her family stayed in quarranteen and lost pay as well. Everyone is fine. But now she had to go borrow a loan so she could. Provide a months of gas groceries and rent. She called a few creditors up and skipped a month. They worked out a plan. Thank heavens she has good credit. But look what the virus scare caused. Thank heavens she did not have the virus at all. So this is one more reason why i refuse the shot cuz i want to know exactly whats wrong . and the virus shot would not interfere with what is really the cause of the symptoms. Im trying to get my husband to understand we need to move to a small town with reasonable rent. Where ever that is. Have to stay around dallas texas. Our son doesnt want us to move except closer to him. We have only one son. So i just mentioned to him that we need to keep thinking about our low income. We are barely eating now and our son helps with grocery money and still barely making it. So job shopping is very difficult in dallas to get here. If anyone is a computer whiz then there is a good chance to get. A job. I love a small town. Everyone knows each other. They help in time of need. Some towns stay small because nobody moves out even if they have to drive 4 hours to and from work. The peace of mind and quietness to enjoy. Thank you may god bless.

  21. Cant say enough good about these ladies. Also this is what nomads do. Any way anytime someone needs help the nomads are there to do what they can. I love all nomads. They are truely a friend indeed. At one time i was homeless.in 198 i lost my mom . i was homeless in the summertime to try to rent a room for winter. This contonued for seven years. I had a car. But i had no idea about nommads and where they were. I certainly would of been with them. A beautiful community. I probably would of still be with them today. I a now 75 yrs. Old. I love camping . the freedom. Yes the freedom. The happimess. And love of. This community. No rat race. No rat bosses that try to run your life just because you need a job. You are your boss. You meet the finnest people who understand what you are going through.been there done that thing. Rich people make me sick. Let them walk on our shoes for a month see how they feel about our life and what they have to say. They would be left speechless. They have no feelings no heart. Not everyone thats a nomad but a very large percent is. Homeless.now im married . my husband dont lile camping vacations and traveling. He says to expensive. We never go anywhere. The store the laundrymat walk around the small park across the parking lot by our apts. We stay broke . no money for anything. Even if we had a comfortable income he still wouldnt change his mind. He lost his job 3 yrs ago. When the pandemic hit. It was worse. I cant work. The only check is soc. Sec. I told my husband if. He doesnt get a job steadily within two years we will be homeless. I will not let a apt. Owner ever take my car away from me. We will move. Then we will go to a special place called quartsite arizona. We will be nomads. We will meet some fine people. There. They understand everything. He has family. Just one son. Son barely gets. By on his income. I have no family. My husband and i just sit nd cry. We are barely eating. Jack im the box keeps us alive but our stomachs can only take so much oil. The apartment rent just keeps going. Up every six months lease. The owner of this place tells us ypu cant pay the rent then move. We told him this is a pandemic. No jobs now The owner says i dont care. Pay up. Or move. One choice. So we still pay the rent. But barely eating and a little gas. Still no job. Today is may 18th 2021 tuesday. So we dont know about computers or have one. To complicated. Cant afford the airtime either. My husband is a painter. Also a maintance man. He gets empty apts ready to rent.contracted. nobody is hireing. Not here in dallas texas.the contracted jobs i had didnt require computers. I did security work for 25yrs. Computers was a distraction. So back in 2009. In the winter i slipped on the ice at the apts. 3 times in the parking lot. After i got hpme from work. I have 3 vertabres knocked out. Put back in place with a charapractor. In 2010 i was walking to the car. Had a dentist appt. I just fell on the sidewalk. My left leg was paralized. I had to drive myself to e.r. and had emergency surgery . i had a broken hip. The groin bone snapped into from the neck bone. So now i have 3 3 inch screws holding my leg to my hip together. I can walk good. But i have a high risk of osteoporosis. And a vitamin b12 and vitamin d. Deficiency. These vitamins is expensive. I stretch them out.cant afford them all the time. My husband. Has about 2 cracked ribs from a fall back in 2016. He has no insurance. I have medicare. So we all are struggling. We all just keep on keepin on. Surely there is light at the end of the tunnel...we all never give up regardless of anything.we just keep.on praying. Thank jesus for what he did on the cross for us.   22. Hi evrryone. Jan from texas here. Ive bern homelesd before. Lived in the city for 5yrs. After the. 1st. Two nights of being some scared. Trying to know where to go. I faced my fears. Loved it. Met very nice ppl. Had a plan. I needed a job to. Did odd jobs around. Married in 1990. My mom passed away in 1980. I was homeless. My brother helped me what he could. He had a small apt. I stayed with him off and on. Staying at apts. Nightly only was a tdemendous help. Truck stops. Industrial areas very clean well lighted areas to. I hD. Peace of mind and freedom of choices. Love it. My advice is just get out there and do it. Love you all. Jan.

Im 74 yrs old now.2 things stopping me now. 1st my husband thinks im crazy for the idea of van life or to be nomads. I told him if you dont find a job in this 2 yrs. We will be homeless. The rent is going up each 6 mo. Or a year lease. We can practice now. He ssys to me are you crazy. I told him wait and see later. Oh. For protection buy a can of wasp spray. If you run across someone that tries getting smart with you. Give them a little drink of the wasp juice. That ought to keep them out of your way then start your car and leave. Besure to park facing. Start you up a utube channel. I have had the flu regular bactetial. Its been 8 years. So far so good. Ive also had phemonia 3 times in my lifetime to. 5 times flu lifetime. Im not a sickly woman. But the weather change here in texas in the u.s. is crazy. Body changes to quick. And our foods is full of pesticides. Not much choice of organic foods. They are very expensive. Only the rich can afford to eat all organic meats and veggies. Cant plant a garden either. Not in apartments. Neighbors would steal all the veggies. Anyway thank you for your reply. Love you and mom. Sorry rats. All the owners say. Something is better than nothing. Why dont all the rich people get together for one month homeless. Cant get a job. No cell phones. No bank accts. No calling nobody for help. No food eccept in the trash. No car. No cab. Walk. Walk. Walk. Where do they go for weather conditions. Let them sleep in alleys etc. Fridge big boxes. Dumpsters etc. Then i wonder how they would feel and what they would say then. Let people look at them like they was dirt bags. Like they do to others. If i was sak. What would you want to enjoy and have hope for a decent life. I would say. A job. Money. And a apt. Or some clean roof over my head. There is about 650.000 homeless people. And its rising. Its got to stop. Dont know how tho. At one time back in 1980. I lost my mom 11.25.80. I became homeless for only in the summer. The winter i had a room i rented. I did this for 7 yrs. I started to be a nomad. I stayed in town. Had to work. Couldnt travel. I had a brother that helped me what he coukd. A small apt. I couldnt stay with him. I was divorced. Later i met a fine veteran gentleman. We stayed married for 26 wonderful yrs. He passed away . now im 75 yrs.old. i have a med. Small soc. Sec. Check. I remarried. My husband has been out of work since the pandemic hit. I cant work. No experience and no computer exper. Either. If the rent goes up. This yr. We will be homeless. Got a small subcompact car. A 3 cylinder engine and 4 doors. Its good for the city and not traveling. I told my husband. Lets practice camping and picnics. On pretty days. So we better be prepared for homelessness. He said two words. No way. I said. Then you better think of something. Our grocery money is getting slim. Eating from can goods. Can meat. Cant stand sslt. It makes me sick at my stomach. The past 6 mo. Ive lost 10 lbs. I went to the doctor. She said what diet are you on. I said canned goods and canned meats. Once a week a home cooked resturant for better food. Our son helps what he can. We have some emergency bills. Trying our best to pay them on time. 6 mo. Before the pandemic hit. So we are struggling hard. We got a truck to. Lost it. 7 yrs. Bad luck on a repo. Cant get a consolidation loan. A repo. No jobs anywhere for a painter. If i had the chance. I would definately be a nomad. Join a caravan. Ive never traveled. Always broke. He knows my heart and everyones to. But i cant say what it is. Im waiting on our loving god to make this dream come true. The cost is priceless. But if a price was to be told. It might cost about or more than 7 billion or maybe 1 trillion dollars. God only knows. This is a very big and magnificant project ive wanted since i was 17 yrs. Old. Remember the two murders of o.j. simpsons case. His x wife and boyfriend was murdered. Nothing bothered o.j. so he. Really acted differently didnt he. No problem. Also check with the tax office lastly to find out how much the registration cost. Talk with someone who owns a schoolie. See how the process is to change from a commercial vehicle to a van. Even tho im not a nomad yet. I am a nomad wantabe. If i packed a bag without my husband or his stinking approval. He would divorce me. I can see it now. The title. Husband divorces wife cuz she cant no longer pay the rent. The rent increased. The wife was trying to have a nomadic life to have a better life. He refused this nomadic lifestyle. He. Has requested a divorce. So this will certainly happen. But this time next year we will be homeless. I told my husband to get ready. For a nomadic life. So hope you find a job. I said you make the choice. Im exhausted of trying to find ways to help us stay independent. If our son can afford to give 800.00 a month for groceries. Then. We can pay the rent for another year. If he cant afford to help us then the rent will eat up our grocery money. We have a small compact car. Its somewhat comfortable. Cant remove the back seat cuz it wouldnt have anymore space. We bought the car 6 months before the pandemic hit town. I told my husband this does this apt. Get you a job. Does this apt. Put food on the table. Does this apt. Provide transportation. So its your choice buddy. I refuse to let this multimillionare owner of this complex. Make us loose our car. So next year will be showtime. A choice keep the apt. Or loose the car. Im ready to move right now. We just signed a years lease 2 wks ago. Here in dallas texas if a apt. Lease is broken we would be on the bad book for 3 yrs. Cant even rent a closet . cuz we signed a legal document to pay for a required year. Gotta stay within the lease agreement. Thats the law here. So half this town couldnt pay the rent. Ive thought of that before the pandemic hit. Never did know where to start. I live in irving texas. Never traveled. Never had the money. Since i last left you a message. On your channel. I now have health issues. In sept. I have gallstones and i.b.s. the new yr. Here of 23 isnt as good as i thought it would be. Looking forward in bigger and better things for everybody to be blessed by the father. Gotta stay close to drs. Being very careful of what to eat. Not a lot of choices . this is unbelieveable. I didnt no anything about i.b.s. problems. I knew about constipation but not the stomach issues. To get rid of the gallstones the bladder has to be removed. They wont return anymore. Wish it was a simple process. The 23rd. Of march i will need my throat stretched so the food will go down to the stomach . digest better. Thats a simple process. 30 to 45. Min. I hate to loose the bladder tho. But dont need to keep taking pain pills and having discomfort. So its best i get the bladder out. I have medicare and another ins. The dr. Bills will pile up. Cant afford to pay out of pocket. Im not worried. I will tell them the ins. Will help to pay something and i just cant do it. Oh. Here where i live. All dallas and metroplex texas has emergency funding that pays to help us. Pray thats true. If so its a real wonderful blessing. Sure would be nice to have a home base paid for. Mobil home parks rents lots. Dont pay the rent people has to move out. Regardless if the home is paid for or not. No matter how we look at it. Renting is renting no matter what. Sometimes people has to walk away from a paid for home. And go where. Where is family at. Ive outlived my family. Friends. None. Just church. We all are in the same boat. Ive adk for help before. I dont qualify. My soc. Sec. Check is over the limit. 400.00 to 600.00 is the limit. How does someone live on that. What. Just be homeless i guess. Prayers is with you all. And carolyn to. Oh to buy a 1 acre lot 40 miles outside of this town im at. Cost 40.000.00. Zoned for mobil homes. When buying land besure to check the zoneing areas for any type of home. Reg. Sticks and bricks mobil homes. Or metal houses. Like buy a medal house from home depot. Etc. That way you will have a choice of homes. The county or whomever cant make you move. Including wanting. A goat to eat the grass for mowing the acres of land. Etc.also if they will allow you to have 10 or more vehicles on the land. You might have friends that would stay over.   45. Whay do you do when you are poor. What do you do when your whole family is poor. How do ypu pick yourself up off the floor to get somewhere in life to accomplish your dreams and goals. It is very nice to have close family that has money. So when children is born into money then you can learn how to do businesd. Go to college. Or just stay with family to learn how to grow into business. So when you are poor you cannot possibly get started in businesd. So i have been trying to get started in a business that is very compatable to others. In my dream business partains to joining others to help the poor people of my community. Nobody will get me a loannecause it will cost about 21 million dollars just to get started. I know. Of a plan and a routine to get started but i have been trying. To get this loan since i was about 25 yrs old. To now. Nobody wants to talk to me because im poor. I dont have 25 percent of money to put. On a down payment. I have been to three banks and they say im sorry nut you have to have a down. So they. Almost laughed me put of the bank.. So im sure mr. Buffet has worked hard in life. He is a good man. But does mr. Buffet have a good explanation for a poor person tp get started to get a life to. Be happy and successful. Im so tired of being a slve in the workforce and rich people making money off of us poor people. We are slaves of employment. The rich get richer and the poor peopke get poorer. Why cant we all be rich together. Everybody. Can do business together. Keep on getting richer together. There should never be homeless people. Everyone should have a home money and be happy. So today we should be happy for what we have. We do. But how can we be happy with nothing to call our own. Dreams are only dreams. But how can you make these come true on nothing. It takes money to make money.so where is my loan. Day by day by day just waiting. For today how many more people will be homeless and houseless. The virus has ruined everyones life. How does the homeless with children get therebhomes back that they lost. They are still ealking the streets looking for there dreams to I have been homeless on 1980 off and on for 7 yrs. Its not fun. It gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This is apart of life. Thete is more. Than 650.000 homeless people. Maybe world wide but certainly nationwide. So where are there jobs. So if my husband doesnt find a job within the next two years we will be homeless and houseless. Somebody stated in congress two months ago that anyone making. Ten dollars an hour is rich and can buy anything they need.. Well i make that in my social security check. The rent is to high with. The cost of living. So where is my loan. Thank you for your time.   54. Hi glorious. Say....i love the places you stay at. The truck stops and apts to me is perfect. Also the rest stops to. Yep stay as close to the truckers as you can. They watch the cars to. Also the apts and motels close to resturants . while your awake. Libraries parks. Parks is one of my favorites. Take out the chairs the canope top for shade. The stove the food. Put down a rug by the van door for in and out restroom breaks. Dishes to. All of these only. As little as possible. Stay all day. Move to apts. For sleeping only. Wait til dark to set window cover i ngs. Sleep as long as you want to. Park on the very back row by the fence. Pick out seven places for daytime and seven places for nightime only. Stay in town as long as you need to. It worked for me when i was homeless back in 1980 november 25th. My mom passed away. I had nowhere to go. No family. Job lay off. Took a while. To find a job. No money but very little. Im still not experienced in jobs. Especially in computers. The dead end jobs i had did not require computers. They were a distraction. I was homeless for 7 yrs. Off and on. Summer yes. Winter rented a room. Had to save the money I worked at a laundrymat i got permission from the owner to sleep in a big storeroom. He had a cot to rest. Very clean. I cleaned up and got plenty of snacks to eat and diet cokes to drink and water. The man was trying to sell his business to retire. Believe it or not i felt very safe. Met nice people to talk to. I was at work. I opened up at 7 am. Closed at 10pm. I really enjoyed working ther all summer. The man fianly sold the laundrymat. I had to move. I was honest with the man and told him i was homeless after i. Lost my mom. He felt sorry for me. Of course he thanked me for the hard work of cleaning his laundrymat. I sure did help him out. I told him he helped me out more than i could ever help him. He and his wife was 82 yrs. Old. Later i found a job. I took care of my mom the best i could with a job to. I told the man you both will be blessed for his help. So they are in heaven. Im sure the man told his wife what happened.....its very hard to have no place to go and no moneyand no job. But to be a nomad is freedom peace of mind travel meet good people on the road. To plan . so now im 75 yrs. Old. Im on low income. My car is small. Not comfortable at all . i would have to live in a tent. If i was a nomad. My husband now doesnt like camping. He cant take a bath in privacy in the city. It cost to much money for showers and a gym membership. He. Wants everything conveinent and to his fingers touch. He doesnt like motels. To expensive. He is a couch potato. He has been out of work for two yrs. Now. I told him within 2 moer yrs. No job we will be homeless. The rent in dallas texas is to high. These stinking apts. Rent is to high. Every six months the rent gets higher. The rich gets richer and the pooer get pooer. Everyone stays broke. Barely buy food to eat. No money in our pockets. Putting the money in the owners pocket. But. With a nice vehicle you have a home on wheels. You might be houseless but not homeless. Your vehicle goes where you go. Car troubles is anywhere. But you have a home with you. Do have a emergency. Savings. For tires and batteries and oil changes. Dont travel to much at onetime. Saves gas and money. Being a nomad is fun to. So dont be scared.. Just get out there and do it. You will be glad you did. Even for a short vacation. Try it out. You will be glad you did. Take the family. As for myself. If i wasnt married. I would be starting out a new nomad. Joining a caravan. I have never traveled out of town. No money. I always stayed in town. I never had time for friends. I had two jobs. My mom and mowing yards and working at a company. Wish i was there with you all. So everyone just get out there and do it. Have fun. Dont worry. Take it one day at a time. Life is to short. We have only one life to live. And we all need to pray to our god who art in heaven. Talk to a good engine shop that has a.s.e. certified mechanics. And a excellent work history. Been around for a long time. Get the oldest mechanic there. Ask how many years experience they have. And free towing for them to do the work. Ive been through it to.how old is your vehicle. If its 12 yrs. Old then expect this to happen. But some vehicles run longer. Also get them to do a compression check. Its helpful to them. Its worth it. Should be reasonable in cost. Sometimes its better to buy a new vehicle and have the 36. 36. Bumper to bumper regular warranty. Take a man along with you to shop for a vehicle. It kinda looks better for you. Get a 6 cylinder engine. No turbo engine. Go join a credit union for a car loan. You save 1 or 2 percent interest. Better than a bank. Get the vin number for the c.u. they will tell you whst to pay. Deposit the check in your acct. Then go wherever. Then pay only a down payment. Dont never tell them you are paying cash. The price will go up. Your interest rate is your payments. When you get your 1st. Statement then pay the loan off. Besure not to tell anyone anywhere about this plan. You will be glad you did everything just right. Then reward yourself. This plan works for anything. There is nothing left. If you know all about computers you can work from home.etc. you have a job. Here in dallas texas where i live the jobs are bad or very hard to get. Im a computer dummy. They are to expensive. And to sophysticated or. Complicated. Im 74 yrs. Old. Its to late for me. All my work history i wasnt required to work a computer. Its a distraction. Computers is wonderful but they should have a special place for them. I think a lot about what did the workforce do before computers was thought of. Those was the good ole days. Who they recommend for very good engine shop. Then when you get ready to get the engine replaced ask them the price difference between doing a short block or replace the engine with a rebuilt one. I had a 1989 chevy. It had 187000.miles. I replaced it with a new one in 2005. The last engine g.m. had. The truck was a good one. I miss it. It was a regular cab. Long bed. So i had about 217000 miles when i had to give it up. It was past the warranty. In 2006 had the a.c. compressor all of it. Replaced when the new freon came out. That work cost me 1200.00. The new rebuilt engine would of cost me 6000.00. I just put new shocks and a tune up on it. The dealership did that. Oil change to. The engine later started to cut out bad and dying. A lot. The dealership was nice enough to come after me. They did a compression check free for me. Ive done business with them for 15 yrs. They was so very kind. About 2 momths later the drivers side window power motors went out. I spent 6 months trying to get it fixed. The warranty covered everything. The window could not be fixed. They replaced every part to the power motor.the dealership charged 300.00 for parts and labor. So i tried my best to keep the truck. Nobody had any idea why a new engine would play out with so little miles. I told darrell at the dealership i bet g.m. knew what the problem was but they wasnt talking. In 2016. I had the tune oil change and catalytic converter replaced. It didnt pass inspection. Well i had it. The poor truck was 26 yrs old. No dash lights at all. Passed inspection. Sure did run good. Got a new battery then. So in 2016. I needed the engine. A lady at church with 2 children had to park her car in the parking lot. Her honda civic played out. She donated her to carz for kids. She needed to get to work across town to pick up her check to go to store and pay the rent. She ask the preacher if he knew anyone that was selling a car. He said yes. So the preacher called me. Told me about mary needing help . her mother was not in good health at all. So i told the preacher about the truck. He said fine. He will take care of it. I met mary at the church. She almost passed out. She couldnt believe it. I gave her the keys and all the paperwork and all she did was pay for the title change over. She got donations from the church and got a new engine. She called me to thank me several times for the truck and will never forget my kindness to her. So to this. Day the truck is still running like a top. She loves that truck. The paint job looks bad. I told her not paint it. Someone will steal it. I als replaced the battery to before i donated the truck to mary. So i spent monies on cabs for one month. It totaled out to match a car payment. So my credit is bad. I got a nissan versa. No money down. Signed and drove off the lot. It was a new one. Later. After a year the a.c. compressor and everything to blew up. The dealership could not fix it.also 2 computers blew up to. So it was a lemmon. The factory paid off the loan. I went to get a pick up nissan frontier. Later my husband was out of work. Then i got in a raw deal with the lender on a bad contract thing. Alley finance ripped me off plus drained my bank acct. Om auto pay they didnt want to return my money. The bank told them they better return my money or a lawyer will be calling them. They did return my money. So later after i got the staements and 1st. Months payment or coupon book. I then called the up and volunteer repo the truck. So its no telling whatelse that lender would of done. My credit is still bad. But the finance man jonnathan was so kind to us. He went to another dealership and. With no money i got this 2019 mitz. Mirage g.4. Just 20.00 more than the versa.in car payments. So we needed this car badly. Car ins. Cost the same as the versa. The versa was a 2018 model. So my husband worked a little. After that. Still out of work. And the pandemic hit. Still out of work. 2 yrs. Now. He is a handyman and painter. Everyone is doing this work. Especially in groups. A few calls came in . a few people sak do you have a truck. We said no. We have a car. And have plenty of tools. They said how can you carry tools in a small car i said. We can. They said you need a truck . i said do you want us to build you a house or do some handyman work. Its our business to have a vehicle of our choice. You wont be maling the car payments. Oh but we can get a truck. But you will make the car payments and ins. To .they hung up the phone. Boy . what smart ellics. We are just mom and pop team. No apts is hiring either. Unless its in groups. They want the job done fast. We have been everywhere of our route. Nothing. I told my husband if you cant find work within this next 2 yrs. We will be homeless. This apt. Owner will never get our car. We will save money not paying rent. We can live around town pick out 7 places to sleep at night and 7 places daytime. We can fet a regular post office address and not a p.o. box.it cost about 125.00 for 6 months. I said we are saving money. I said lets go on a picknic and pack a bag for a few days . lets enjoy some freedom. He said are you crazy. I said lets practice being homeless. You might be suprised. You might enjoy it. We need to get prepared. No sense in waiting. Til 2 yrs. Is up. He said no and thats that. Our son helps us with grocery money. The rent will go up in august. Making them ready to rent. Nobody is hiring at all. Not even contracted. Except in groups of guys for business. Etc. The last time he worked in a group they stold 1.000.00 worth of tools. So we had to buy tools again. Got the best ones. He can work again. Bought 3.000.00 worth and a 1.200.00 paint sprayer. He got out of work 2 yrs. Ago. The owner of the apts sold the apts. And everyone left. The new owners had there own crew. We had a little work. Finished remodeling 2 10x12 storage buildings and 2 weeks later the pandemic came to town. So my soc. Sec. Check isnt much. Our son pays for some groceries. 200.00 monthly. He has a small apt. We had to sign another years lease. A week ago. This place is bad. Poor management. If my husband cant find work this time next year we will be homeless. The rent is already digging in our grocery money. So our son helps us what he can. A big problem with rental property is in apts. Or houses the owners charge us all rent going by what the selling price is of sq.ft. of the housing market. Of selling homes. So this is why rent is so high. The owners dont realize that apts. Sq.ft. never changes. A 600 sq.ft. apt. Cost 925.00 plus a light bill. The last complex we moved from was a 465 sq.ft. apt. The new owners up the rent to 800.00 a month.. We moved here. Dallas isnt cheap. A house of 1600 sq ft. Runs about 3500.00. Plus all utilities.to rent. I would never buy a house in town. We all pay for convenience of stores etc. Taxes is stable. We love you for that. I plan on checking out the cost of a big step van. They are built solid. I dont want to worry about where i will park during a hail storm. I wont need much repairs to do. But the cost of the van is the problem. I dont know who to call to find out. I dont have a computer. Also no experience either. Dont know who to call or where to start. The size of the van would be the longest one like a ups. Truck. The big brown one. It has the perfect. Highth and can tow. Something like extra tools. And we just have to have stand up room. Also try to have a shower inside . i also want it insulated and sound proof. Also have some sort of perfect protection to prevent mold and condensation. This is a must to have. Cuz our homes is out in all 4 season weather. It sure would be a blessing if only my husband could understand. The only home we will ever have would be this little tiny house on wheels. So he is s o hard headed worse than stubborn. All i do is cry about him . he tells me i dont know what im talking about. I dont make any sense to live in a van. I told him okay mart guy. 1st you. Havent had a job in 2 yrs. My soc.sec. check isnt that much. But it passes barely monthly. We couldnt eat without our son helping. With groceries. And the rent is up now again. We just signed another years lease. So its 800.00 plus a light bill. Thats almost half my check. He is a handyman and painter for 30 yrs. He is contracted. But nobody is hireing hourly either. I told we can work on the road of happiness. We can get out of these apts. Keep our money for us instead of making the owner more rich. He said maybe i will get a job within a year. Everyone is working in groups. He did that and all his tools was stollen. We had to buy tools again. 2000 dollars worth. So he is contracted now. I told him if you dont get a job in this next year we will be houseless and homeless. He was quiet then. So. Ive got to get the prices and closest small town around the dallas metroplex. No tomatoes pickles cumbers onions okra. Guess i need to eat from can goods. Im confused. No black beans. Had a salad with almost everything. Had the 1st. Bad upset stomach. No more salad for me. No seasonings no fried . this all is a mess. Now im lost. What can i eat. I need help. What about vanlife now. Rent is going up. Check of soc. Sec. Is getting smaller. Where do we live. So i had 3 good days of 2 times daily. But only 1 and a half. Amounts of food of a b.m. i have to eat light very soft diet. Like rice and chicken broth. A banna or apple sauce until the nausea and stomach gets better. So i have added plain mashed potatoes a few days. And pinto beans cooked. If i eat to much then i get nausiated. Since im new at this. Trying to choose what i can eat is a mess. For now the doc put me on. This diet of. White toast. Rice. Chicken broth. Apple sauce. Or a banna. Daily. Not enough food. I dont eat bread except a hamburger lettuce meat grilled a little mayo. Now no tomatoes pickles onions cheese. Just now a plain burger. Now no bread. Just a burger patty. Some chicken. Not much chicken in a tamali. Home made at the store cafe. Beans and rice. Small order of 2 tamalies. I have no weight to loose. Ive lost 10 lbs. Since sept. I ate at a chipoles mexican grill resturant. Never been there before. Had a loaded salad. Had it fir the day. No cucumbers or pickles or olives. So that is what started my stomach upset. Now i wonder what i can eat for the rest of my life. I.b.s. is a lifetime thing. Never knew about changing my diet for life. I think one month ago started my upset stomach. This diet is good for another month and the future. Plus the gallstones. They are holding steady. Got pain med. Just incase. Also med. To take before i eat to hold the nausea down so i can eat. Getting the bladder out. The stones wont come back. The stones is in a pocket on the bladder. They cant escape. The bladder has to come out. Or if not removed then im faced with this problem. Im on low income. No computer or experience either. The same for my husband. He cant find a job. He is a painter. Nobody is hiring where we live in texas. Outside of computers. Construction work. When i was younger and certainly not now cuz im broke and have been broke all my life. Im now 76yrs. Old. But that didnt discouraged at all . im just broke and stay in the poor house all my life. If i had the chance and had money i definately would persue my dream. I think she was jealous cuz i had good ideas for everything. I wanted her to know i wanted something good for a lifetime to help ppl. Persue there dreams to. She said my dream was to much to handle. And she lived on a farm until she. Married. Also at all resturants and gas stations. Ask some customers. To. Thats what i would have to do. Also i would have to pay about 1000.00 for a real good intown and out of town g.p.s. that talks. Directions etc. That also plugs in the cigarette lighter. Im sure you do all of that process. I have never traveled. Ther is parts of dallas texas i have never seen before. I live here. Struggling to keep moving forward. But we all need to keep on keepin on. Nevet give up. Age is a number to not even think about. Im 75 yrs. If i had the chance to get the step van. I would be out of this stinking apt. At then end of the month. 47 yrs. In apts. Im so tired. I thought my husband liked picnics. We went on picnics before we married. Just found out about 3 months ago. He said oh. That was before we married. Its different now. He refuses. He said he did not like the outdoors at all. So im stuck. He wants convenience. No gym memberships etc. No camping. Etc. So im stuck. But he cant find a job as yet. He is a painter. Next year. No job. We are eating peanut butter crackers. Pinto beans rice. Twice a month a resturant of veggies and meat. Also burgers no.2 combo at whataburger for the meat. No meat for the rest of the month and can goods. Meat in stores is slowly selling. To expensive. Cant afford it. Unbelieveable. So i told the husband. Okay. Next year you decide if we eat the same or better. Get a job. If no job we will be houseless and homeless. The car we have now is useless. Rent goes up again. A little more money off the grocery bill. I box of oatmeal cost 8.00 now. We cant afford that. It last 3 days for 2 of us. Today is thursday 8.16.22. We live in dallas texas. Groceries keeps getting higher by the day. We both outlived our families. Just us 2. Ee go to a church for a few groceries. Turned down at several churches cuz i have a soc.sec.check. they are for those who doesnt have a check at all or no income. Food banks same thing. Gotta check. Forget ti. Try something else. They tell us. I said. Where do we get free rent. They said whatttttttttt. I said the rent takes half my check. The car payment and ins. Takes up 3 fourths of the other half. Some gas for the week. Laundry etc. Its even expensive to. Our bills is emergency bills. No foolishness spending. The nomad life would really help us. Freefom and happiness of no rent. Had a plan. It disappeared. The p.d.mic. fixed that. So all ee all can do is try to help ourselves and pray. Let jesus know we are trying our best and needing his help. And thankful for whst we have. They pay there own way dating. They both work. She stays with him weekends. Ee cant afford a 2 bed. Apt. Its 2200.00 monthly here. In dallas texas. Rent keeps getting higher. Dont know what we all will do in the next 2 yrs. If we all dont get bills paid by 2nd yr. End we all will be homeless. We all. Most of us like us. Just cant take it anymore. Hubby and i cry cuz we cant hardly eat. No groceries hardly. We eat chicken and burger patties. Some veggies from cans. Still not enough. We also have rice and pinto beans. I cant eat pinto b. Anymore. They bloat me up into misery. Green b. Is fine. This i.b.s. is a mess and gallstones to. I plan later to get the bladder removed. No more stones. The stoned get in a pocket attached to the bladder. All one piece. The stones get stuck and causes pain. Gotta be really careful. I talked with about 5 ladies. They all said i will feel much better after the bladder is out. To go to the restroom to release the tea or water or coffee. They would insert 2 tubes for the fluid. Then its all natural relief as normal. No more problems. Gotta get this mess fixed before getting homeless. Its not easy sleeping in the car. A small subcompact car 4 dr. A 3 cyl engine. Car pay. And car ins. And rent is 3 fourths of my check. Our emergency bills is total 5000.00. Car payments is extra. Ive had these bills a yr. Before the pandemic hit. Still paying minimum payments. Hubby cant work. Nobody is hiring. Jobs is hard to find. No computer exper. Or a computer either. Jobs pay 8.00 to 10.00 hr. Resturaunts like mcdonalds and jack n the box. Waiters and waitresses get 2.15 hr. Plus they really depend on there tips. If they dont make 600 00 a week. They arent making any money. They really work hsrd for there money. They barely get to eat. One meal free. No take out. They pay for that. Lousy lousey crooked owners. Greedy to. We can only eat at a resturant 4 times a month. I get a soc. Sec. Check. Its still not enough. Back to can goods during. Son helps us what he can . laundry etc. Still not enough. We cant eat fried foods. Thats okay. I only have 2 sauce pans to cook in. Rice is hard to cook in them. And pinto beans to. Son will look on his computer to find them and get us a crock pot and a rice cooker. We sure need them to. The sauce pans is 50 yrs. Old. Stainless. Rice and beans stick bad . this is another true story to add to the complaints of no good jobs and low incomes and a lot of homeless. No there family. Outlived thrm. Hubby no contact for yrs. For help. I havr 2 nieces. Low income. Fighting the battles to. Cant live with them. So hubby and i is stranded. Cant save any money. We dont have any money to save. Living on bare basics. Congress needs to pass a law that all rental properties has limits. Like the square feet of a apt. Or house never changes. The owners should never charge no more than fair market price. That also goes for selling any property to. Ive lived in stinking spts. Since 1962. I never could afford a house. And still cant Low income is the cause. This is why the nomad life is going to be even more popular. Its never ending. Ive been trying to reach a senator here in texas to discuss this issue. I left my. Name and cell no and the morons never return my calls. I dont know what to do. The owner of this complex is a multi.millionare. he has told everyone if they cant pay the rent then move. He doesnt give free rent to anyone. I said its the pandemic. People cant work. Our rent is up sept. 1st. Had to sign another yrs. Lease. So now our son buys our groceries. I told my husband next year at this time if he doesnt get work we will be homeless and houseless. So we better prepare for it. Ive told him this only twice. He is a painter and handyman. Everyone is doing it and also working in groups of companies. We are a mom and pop team. Just us. He has worked in a apt. Complex for 21 yrs. Make readies to rent. New owners bought the property and all maintenance crew mngr. Is out the door. That was 2 and a half yrs ago. My check is getting shorter. I have one soc.sec. check. We have only the necessitiy bills and rent. Heres the list. Car payment 431.22. Car ins. 172.00. Rent 800.00 monthly. Light bill 75.00. Burial policy 37.17 monthly. Gas 50.00. A small loan of 300.00 70.00 monthly. Renters ins. 45.00. Hair cuts 60.00 a credit attorney my credit is a mess. 70.19 health ins.cell phones 2 105.00. Groceries 700.00 for 2 people 2 meals daily. Laundry is 80.00. All this monthly. So our son gives us 200.00 monthly to help us. Overall extras. Bath soap. T.paper paper towels. Shampoo hand soap

  117. Oh. How fo handicsp ppl. In wheel chairs and walkers and cant hardly walk and stsnd long periods of time. How do we ride a bicycle in this shape. A lot of us dont have very good balance. Need strong legs. And never been on a bike before. Or never bern on a motorcycle a motor bike. How can we have tje money for taxi fare. Neighbors and a lot of families dont want to be helpful. Like me. I have outlived my small family. Plus me and a lot of ppl. Are on low icome. There are things we cant eat. Rent gas laundrymat soap etc. It takes food off the table. I have i.b.s. and gallstones. Since last november. Never knew stomach problems is with i.b.s. a lot of foods i cant eat. Im getting a little appetite back. Eat until i start to feel full then stop. They cost 15.00 a plate to. I cant eat that food. Its all processed and fried. I gotta eat very soft foods and not much choice. I dont know how to cook much. My mom didnt have time to teach me. She did tho told me how to cook pinto beans biscuits and gravy. Boiled eggs and fried eggs ice tea and my parents was very poor. Oh and mashed potatoes and fried to. Hhamburgers to. Stew to. Also i was raised on can goods. The frozen veggies taste freezer burn and not much choice in any store i buy from. Can goods is a lot better. Season heat and eat. Yet today i still have to eat them. I cant cooke fresh greens spinach. Snappeped green beans. I can boil veggies tho. Like potatoes and fresh baby carrots. I rather have canned carrots. Taste the same to me. Im trying to be prepared to for nomad life. Ive cleared out somethings. My husband just dont understand anything. He refuses to want to have anything to do with the outdoors. Other than go to the store for a little food. Laundry. Running a few errands. He is hardheaded. He always says. No outside interests. We will wait til the time comes. Next year we plan to live in another location here in texas about 2 hours from where we live now. The apt. Rent will be 100.00 more than here. Its worth it. 30 minutes from church. It takes us 1 hour 30 min. To get to church now. So. If we stay here for 2 more yrs. We will be homeless. My soc. Sec. Check will be going on all the rent. About 75.00 left for groceries. To last for a month. We eat meat 3 times a month. Cant afford it. Beans and rice and peanut butter crackers and can goods. We are trying to pay off the bills. Got another year for a few to be paid. Not much tho. We are struggling. Son gives us 100.00 a month to help us. Husband has no job. He is a painter. Outside houses. Residents areas only. We both are 75 yrs. Old. Contracted. No calls since the pandemic hit. Not hiring employed either. Jobs is bad here. No work. Estimated 20 million still out of work. Maybe more. About 65.000 homeless people is homeless today. We have no computer experience. I guess we still stay depressed tyring to struggle away. Husband is not happy. He is not lazy. He is a good man. He enjoys his work. I told him.   121. The toilet is super great. Wish we had a van set up like that. In a chevy express van. Extended. Frame. Need extra room. Even tho i try to be a minimalist lady. I think the kitchen things and clothes storage for coats light jackets shoes is the hardest to have in any vehicle. Gotta have clothes winter and summer. Bath towels for floor and to dry off to. The bulky stuff takes up more room. I would have a big storage under the bed for clothes storage. I would have to live in the city to know where laundrymats are. Have to wash at least twice a week with a few clothes or some to wear. Oh our rent went up 40.00 more. Thats 40.00 off the food or buy smaller bottles of bath soap laundry soap all things we cant eat. Oh. And cut down on buying bottle water to. Yep. Had apt. Inspection. It passed. We signed a yrs. Lease. 6 yrs. Here. Low income housing. Senior living. I live in dallas texas. This complex is probably the only one in all dallas texas thats kinda cheap. Rent is now 765.00 monthly. Plus a light bill. Txu lights is getting rich now thru august and maybe half of september to. Today is july 5th. 104 temperature. I feel sorry for the homeless ppl. Driving and walking. Its to hot at 10am. Here. Its a big problem trying trying to stay cool in this heat. And warm in the winter. Wonder where everyone goes to hide from police knock on the door and being asked to leave. Parks in this area is hard to find shade and businesses to. Libraries to. Ive been homeless before for 7yrs. Evening places is easy to enjoy and sleep. No problem. Also industrial places before dark and truck stops is my very favorites for overnite and weekend parking after business ppl. Left the areas. Dock doors closed to. I sat in my chair didnt cook but had food to eat and rested comfy. Toilet parked where i wouldnt be seen. 5 gal. Bucket handy on the passenger side of my car. For the night. Well lighted areas between cars and trucks. No problem. Never had a knock on the door in 7yrs. Use my info. To help you. Even if you stay just over night. Love you all very much. I was homeless from 1980 thru 1987. Had 1 liitle apt. Met a fine veteran man. Later we married. Lasted 26yrs. A wonderful marriage. 2016 he passed. He is in heaven. Im on low income. Old . i have no family. They passed away. My husband has no place to go. We pray and pray to the father lord. He says. Never give up. Next thought i have is. Live on church property of your choice. Give rent to church of what you can afford. Go to church. They might help. Get saved and baptised in honor to the father for our life that was given to us for his plans and purpose.   131. Hi dr. Todd. Certainly everything adds up to seversl things within the jonbenet case. The evidence of different. May be confusing to the case. So much this so much that. It was planned that way. Why didnt both parents volunteer fingerprints. If they was honest to help themselves but they did not. They maybe refused other things to help as well. The dad was stupid to contamimate the evidence. The officer was stupid to tell hom to go look for evidence. So all three is guilty of the 1st degree murder. The house alarm was not set.maybe. due to disturbing the housekeepsr and neighbors. It was totally a inside jpb. Maybe the parents paid someone to do the murder. Whoever did it did not know much about the house. So the plan was just do it and get it over with. The parents and son doesnt. Seem concerned much about who the killer is. I say the patents or the son did it. Reopen the case with new technology. The dad and son should volunteer all proof of fingerprints hand writings of that note. Get something of patseys the mothers hand writing to match. When leaving thru the window. Why was the brief case not moved. Seems like it was in put there after leaving the window. The window was broken. Where is the fingerprints. Or other evidence. No snow at the window. Inside job. The son knows who did it. Wont tell. The sons life and his family is in danger if he tells. Patsy is not here. They can blame it on her. The case would be dismissed. But i say if this happens the killer is still alive today. Who really wrote the note. Hand writing experts should indicate who wrote the note. If nobody in the house. Someone got paid off to write the note. Then the law can trace to that person. Then there is reason to reopen the case. That person needs to come forward for jonbenet.

To yo u all. And can buy whats needed. But im very sad for nomads that is forced to leave there homes and apts. Cuz the rent keeps going up. Aso they are on low income like me. Also no income due to job loss. No family to help either. And no friends dependable to help. Ive out lived my family and no friends. Same with my hubby to. Our independence has been taken away ftom us. What about those families that has lost everything. They have to walk the streets with there children. Retirees to. Where do they go to stay and be safe on foot and in cars. We dont qualify for anything. My medium small check is a little more than everyones limit. Churches food banks etc. We have tried to get help most everywhere. We have a subcompact car. 3 cyl. Engine. 4dr. Hubby is a painter and handyman. Cant get a job. Nobody is hireing. If we sold all his tools he couldnt work at all. They are expensive tools. If we unloaded the big toolbox. And put them in the car. Wouldnt have no room for clothes etc. Cant afford to remove the seats. Very little space. Cant carry no more than 600lbs. Of items and body weight. The tools might weigh about 1200lbs. By themselves. We need A nice 4dr. Chevy express high top van. A cargo van to carry everything. Cant afford the price of one. We are living on the bare basics. Not much food to eat for a month. I have i.b.s. and gallstones at the bladder and 1 stone at my abdomen. Not much choice of food to eat. Gotta be careful of choices. Like turnip greens green beans. Spinach carrots mashed potatoes etc. No seeds sweets fruits squash fried foods breads salad other veggies like bell peppers onions seasonings dressings pork gravies heavy meats like roasts etc. All these are out. I can eat chicken boiled hamburger beef patty meats. No meatloaf. No onions. Im lost for words on other foods i can eat. Cant eat bannas. They are gassy. No pintos beans. If you eat pinto beans what do you put in the pintos to remove the gas. Dont want to add baking soda. That dont sound good. Dont trust it. Oh i can have grilled chicken and burger patty. No raw veggies at all. No corn. No tortillas. Seems like i. Cant eat frozen veggies either. I just put them in a bowl and put them in the microwave. Heat and eat. Fresh carrots to cook for awhile. So i just eat veggies in can goods. Less cooking time. Save on the light bill. Heat and eat from the microwave to. The low income ppl. Cant afford much items and food to buy. Making car payments and car ins. To. Wish there was a way and a will for us and evrryone to survive and thrive about all this mess. 2 more yrs. And we might be homeless and houseless. We cant afford paying higher rent. We live in a low income apts. The rent keeps going up. The owners of all rental property says the pandemic did a lot of damage of empty apts. Houses etc. They have to keep going up. To me. The rich ppl. Is lying. Its a excuse to keep raising rent. They know we all need a place to live and shelter. Empty apts. Dont use utilities. They do loose rent money. But not for long. There are ppl. That will rent. No vacancies for long. Seems like everyone wants to move to texas. Society says. If you have lots of computer experience etc. College back ground. You are hired. Us poor ppl. Dont stand a chance to make but a little over minimum wage. 7.25hr. We all work harder long hrs. To. For what. Just to pay taxes. We all are hungry daily. Gotta eat. I cant eat at jack n the box or mcdonalds anymore. No fried foods. Also my favorite whataburger and fries and onion rings. Last september i found out about thus i.b.s. thing and gallstones. No tea sodas and dont drink coffee either. Just plain water. No lemmons. So i wonder what a nomad can eat without stomach problems. Also being homeless houseless with no place to go. Cant travel out of town. I also have glaucoma eye problems to. Need my doctors. Gotta live in the city. No choice. What a life. Somehow we need to get a life. Cant live in a motel. Can get a apt. For that price. Ive checked it out to. At least motels dont have a waiting list fot 3 to 5yrs. Like apts do. We have had our on going bills for three years now. Cant seem to get debt free. After all our bills are paid for the month we have 300.00 to eat. Gas laundry bath soap dish soap . no hair cuts. My husbands hair cut is 20.00. My hair cut is 40.00. Not just anyone can cut my hair. Its soft and flyaway. No texture. Last time someone cit my hair. I had to go buy a cap to wear My hair looked so bad. Chop chop chop. So anyway. One of these days. I. Want to meet these wonderful ladies. Stay with them a few days. Then go to quartside arizona to see box van dee and all her friends. Also stay somewhere that i will be. Welcome. I will have a car. But probably cant live in. It. This car i have now is a 2019. Mitzubishi 4 door mariage. It has a 1.7 engine. It cant hold any more than 300 pounds of any thing. We both weigh 360 pounds.together. cant tow anthing either. The car gets us where we need to go and thats it. My husband. Likes small. It gets about 28 miles in town and 32 highway miles. The car payments and car insurance is half my check. Im so tired of the city rat race. I have lived in apts for 47 years. Homeless in the summer. Worked save the money for a rppm for the winter for 7 years. I love camping. Freedom. Being my own boss. Meeting good people. The countryside. My husband needs a bath daily as we all do. Also a bed to sleep. If he had this he would think about it. The weather conditions heat and cold is a big factor. I told him. You got two and years to think about it. Naturally the ownera of these Apts just keeps going up on rent. We will be homeless then. Then what. He didnt say anything.   146. Hi glorious carolyn. Jan here. A big fan. To me fanlife is super great. Im a nomad wannabe. I still have the itch to pack up and get out of these stinking apts. Just thinking about 47 yrs. Livingin the apts. Makes me sick. I have no emergency funding savings. My soc.sec. check isnt that much. Im on low income. These apts. Is low income. Not section 8. I dont qualify for anything. My check is over the limit. So trying to get debt free is slow. Paying rent stops me from getting debt free. Laundry cost is 85.00 monthly for 4 to 5 tubes of clothes bed sheets. Towels. Whites. So now i have to combine all colors into one big washer. Towels seperate. 13.00 for washing and drying clothes cost 7.00. So laundry is a little less the padt 2 weeks. A smaller washer to wash church clothes of 4.75 washer and a dollar to dry. For food. My husband and i eat only pinto beans. Lintils and chick peas plus eggs and tortillas. A few snacks. No meat at all. Cant afford it. We go to whataburger twice a month only. Our son pays for it. Son barely makes it himself. So by figuring the budget. We can spend half the rent money on the things we only need. The other half. Split it into. Pat some extra on the bills to get the bills paid off. Then our regular budget continues. Where we live in texas in this town we need a permit to keep on hand. Get a new one each moneth. Different colors. Just incase wr get a knock on the door from the police day or night. The permit really helps. We talked to a man who had a class a. Really nice rig. He is a big guy. He paid for our dinner at the jack n the box. His rig was used. His income was 4.000 dollars monthly. He couldnt get along with his family. They tried to break him or the bank. He packed his bags and got the class a rig. He got a permit monthly. He lives around town. For a year we talked to him. He has no problems at all. He pays the utilities and helps with his families groceries. He loves his rig and he goes to visiit his sister out of town. He said he never wanted to live in a house again. He said the experience of freedom and the happiness of meeting people in resturants is amazing. And peace of mind. Its everything to him. He never has been camping. He has traveled just to see his sister. Back home. His retirement and soc.sec. check is it. He is retired now. 75 yrs. Old. I told him it wouldnt take much more for me to be a nomad. The rent keeps going up. Estimates of homeless people now is about 68.000 people. When will it ever end. So in 2023 will tell us where we stand with our bills etc. Our rent went up again. Not as much as we thought. So its pay rent and not eat meat but twice and sometimes 3 times a month. Or be a nomad permantly. But we have a very small compact car. With a 3 cyl. Enjine. Cant do anything but ride in it. Gets us where we need to go. I luv a van. Cargo or a box van. For 2 people. Ive watched a lot of videos for 5 yrs. Now. I have a built plan thought of. And a big plan to get out there and do it. If i have any fears i face them. So far none. Whatever happens. Happens. I face it. When i get to this kind of thought of fear. I pray. Jesus is always with us. He never leaves us. The devil always wants us to live in fear and all the bad stuff. Negative thinking to. So we all just kerp om keepin on. Positve thinking. Prayer is powerful. Prayers is with you and everyone. And much love to. We all take it one day at a time. Go with the flow. If we dont like the area where we are. Just turn the ignition key and go. When parked. Park where you can drive away straight ahead for the street or road. No backing up needed. My husband doesnt like camping or any traveling. He is a couch potato. Always wants everything conveinent. He wants the stores within 10 minutes. The gas station. The whataburger. Laundrymats. Or he doesnt leave from the apt. In and out of the stores in 20 minutes or less. Then he drives the same way. Tried to talk to him about nomad life. He refuses. He said it cost more to be a nomad than living here. I said show me proof. That conversation was 4 months ago. Nothing since. Before we martied. We had been on picnics. Now he doesnt like it. The devils demons interfere. They want destroy my home and garden. I wake up. I cant hardly. Get back to sleep. Its this way with every wonderful dream i have. I dont dream a lot. No money to travel year round. Motel fees is expensive. Ive been planning for 3 yrs. About van life living. Still looking forward in being a nomad. Meat and veggies. Or a veggie plate only. I think the very hardest and most complicated part of van life is where to put trash in the vehicle and staying warm and cool which leads to disturbing our comfort. Comfort is no 1. If im not comfortable im miserable. Cant sleep either. I still need a telephone number to call howa for information i need since i dont have a computer and no experience. Everytime i try to check on howa. I have several things i need to do. Also my husband keeps me busy and cooking some to. Im also trying to downsize more to having a lot less stuff than what i do. Since i have a plan to prepare for next year at this time. Just finished apt. Inspection to renew the apt. Lease for another year. So im anxious to hear what my husband has to say next year. Either we stay here barely eating or vanlife living and eating better and no more apt. Rent. Saving money. And freedom. Living intown not so bad. Saves gas to. Got to pick 7 daytime places and 7 nightime places only. Join a gym. Its 10 minutes from us. Cant afford to travel. Oh. The experience happiness of being in control of our life. Be our own boss. We need a different vehicle for sure. A wonderful step van for 3 people. Us and a visitor. Nice and roomy van. Last night i woke up at 2.20 am. Thinking about the step van. Sometimes the same dream. A 24ft. Van. They sure are built strong. I have a plain and simple built for it already. If i had the money. I would have the van ready to move in in aprox. 2 weeks. Ready to load up and go. I wouldnt want to look back. Moving forward is key. I would just turn the key and go. If my husband dont like it then we can always get back in the sticks and bricks. He still refuses the outdoors.   152. I meant to say about apts. They are not as good ad they use to be. Seems like they are getting worse all the time. I have lived in apartments for 47 yrs. Im so tired of them. I have been assist. Apt. Mngr. For 15 yrs. When the computers came in that put me out of a job in apts. Permanently. That was my favorite job to have. Im retired now. No experience in computers or anything else. I have had. Several different jobs. Nothing great. Its just a job. Make due til i can do better type thing. Thank you. Love you all..

The real help is from organizations that has proof of being lagitamat and honest with everyone. To let people know how they can help and will help.
