  3. I've read it, and it's didn't really help me beyond saying I need a meaningful life when I'm struggling to find my own meaning.

  4.  @breakfree1949  Well, yes, I do help people and a lots of people helped me as well. I don't think I'm gonna doing well enough as I'm right now without the help of people around me but that's still isn't something that would really give me reason to stay alive. I do my best to helped people around me and I'm still empty as buried shell. I've no passion, no nothing in my life. And it's taken a toll on my mental health.

  5.  @breakfree1949  Victor frankl found his meaning through his love of medicine. Me? I don't have anything I'm truly passionate about. And yes, I did try to find it but it's been years since I tried many things and I'm still lost in the sea of life.

  6.  @breakfree1949  For me, having foods to eat, roof over my head, having time to work out, play some video games, read some books and hanging out with my friends is a good life but an ideal life? Having a passion. Something that's you love so much that you ended up improving the world or your country. Sadly, I don't have talents to be super passionate about anything. I'm from a little southeast Asia country called Malaysia. It's alright living here, there no war or poverty crisis but it's not perfect either.
