I'm glad my friendship aren't like that. Having friends is okay as long as you meet the right person.

@Josh-cz3oo No shit. This people are human. A social species. Of course everyone wanted friends but sadly due to uncontrollable circumstances, they're not in the right time and the right place to find a suitable relationship for them. So, it better to be alone.

@a.katherinesuetterlin3028 I see your points. I'm also an introvert so sometimes, when I'm in a good mood, I go talk to older person about their personal life, so we can have a deep conversation. Socializing with a good intentions rather than killing time is definitely the best way for us.

@Josh-cz3oo Yes, I agree. At the end of the day, this people are just coping. To be in a healthy relationship is more about luck than effort, in my opinion. And luck is uncontrollable, we can't do anything about it if we're not in the right time and the right place. So, from my point of view, coping with being alone is not a bad thing. We're human after all, the most adaptable species. Other than that, they can also keep trying and getting out of comfort zone to increase their opportunities to meet the right people for them.

Nothing wrong with socializing with others. Asking how their life is, their achievements or failure, so we can learn from the story of their life and they also have someone who truly listens to them, in my opinion that is a good deed. Trying to be friends with everyone by putting on a fake "mask" is the real problem.
