Or neither, and Mormons were correct all along that Jesus visited the Americas and Joseph Smith translated ancient texts from golden tablets? Please enlighten me, O Holy One.

@559footballtalk2 My 77-year-old grandma even told me to do this once she was in a state of incapacitation. As for myself, I believe I would have to respect her wishes, though it would be the hardest thing I've ever done by far.

@yeshua7560 Yes, absolutely. In fact, I would probably be even more sympathetic, because people of color in this country have a shorter life expectancy due to a lack of health care access, so her husband may have had 5-10 years longer to live if he was able to visit a doctor more frequently, potentially receiving an earlier diagnosis and being cured. Does that answer your question?

Second, please respect the fact that some of us don't believe in fairy tales written by desert-dwelling goat herders 2,000 years ago who also were absolutely certain that the Earth is shaped like a pancake and is situated at the center of the universe.
