  2. It's not his age that's the problem (setting aside his pick for VP at the moment). Noam Chomsky is as sharp as ever at 92. It's his senility and obvious mental decline (perhaps dementia-related) that may cost him a second term -- in addition to the fact that he's a lackluster President, of course.
