Honestly, I bet she would've been just fine if her reaction wasn't so dramatic. If you made a mistake, do your best to hide it as much as you can and your audience might not even take notice. This is a classic musician's trick (or any other stage performer for that matter). I genuinely hope she didn't care for being on-air, because that would really suck otherwise. Poor lady.
