  1. As a natural nose-breather myself, I find it extremely difficult to fall asleep when I am congested. If I did this while I had a sinus infection or a cold, I would probably suffocate. How anyone could sleep naturally by breathing through their mouth, and wake up with it completely dry, is beyond me.
