Yeah, I can actually totally see how this was a fun little psychological "experiment" he was performing on a fellow passenger. If that was the case, he clearly wasn't "harassing" the woman by bribing her to remove a bit of fabric covering her face. That is NOT to say I endorse his demonstrably false views about the efficacy and safety of masks and vaccines, however.
