  1. I actually like wearing comfortable shoes (operative word being "comfortable" -- usually sneakers, e.g. Skechers), but only to a point. If I wear them all day or especially if I spend several hours not applying pressure to them (such as by sitting in a reclining chair), then it is quite liberating to take them off. Of course, it's worth pointing out that I don't have any chronic medical issue that would make wearing even decent shoes undesirable.
