Drug tests should be a one-time deal when you're first hired, AT MOST. If you're having further problems with addiction, then they can make the decision to terminate you. But if it doesn't affect your work ethic, what the hell are they worried about?! With companies like that, I say you do it so they lose a good worker. Training takes time and money, and they can't keep up if everyone at the place smokes a joint once in a while.
