You don't just get to stand in my driveway as I'm walking home and point a gun at me and try to detain me, and when I resist (because you're a civilian, not an authority) you shoot me and then claim it was "self-defense." That's not how this works. YOU created the dangerous situation in the first place, YOU pointed the guns at me and tried to take me by force. There's no case for self-defense when the other person is acting in self-defense. These guys should be put away for a looonggg time. Even the owner of the home who they claimed Arbery stole property from (of which there is no evidence) testified under oath that he didn't ask these lunatics to do this. If justice isn't served, we will all know the reason: The legacy of white supremacy still lingers in some pockets of this nation.
