Just like Elon Musk said in his first podcast with Joe Rogan, the justice system in the United States is all around pretty good. Jurors, for being made up of the public (and having served on a jury myself), as a whole do a very good job of considering all the evidence and indicting on charges they feel are justified. Knowing what I know about this case, I would have voted to indict that idiot who fired through the window too. But the other officers did what they were supposed to do after one of them was injured by opposing gunfire. They did not execute this no-knock warrant very well, though. It's called a NO-knock warrant for a reason.
