Either this guy was drunk at the scene and chose to leave to avoid being arrested for a DUI and other serious offenses, making him a phony and a piece of trash; or he's being honest and that farmer really did not have any lights on his tractor and wasn't paying enough attention to notice an oncoming vehicle. Both outcomes are tragic.

@treasureseeker8489 Well it seems that many others are jumping to their own conclusions, hopefully they can get that witness to testify as to what actually happened.
