Sounds like she had a disagreement of some sort and wanted to get rid of him, but when he was ready she regretted it knowing she'll face legal consequences. 🤔 I expect justice will be served.

Yoyo Ball So the phrases "you should kill yourself" and "go die" are not violent in nature? This sounds like a very specific call for violent action to me, which is only exacerbated by the fact that she was quite likely the most important person in his life and therefore exerted a huge influence on his mental state. I don't believe this should qualify as murder, but she should face at least some time behind bars to learn that encouraging someone to take his or her own life is unacceptable.

Yoyo Ball This is true, but even freedom of speech has its limits. Every responsible US citizen knows that they cannot go around inciting violence that targets specific individuals or groups, nor can they plot an assassination of a legal authority, such as the President. The only speech that should be restricted is the kind that calls for specific acts of violence against other people. What she did in this case was repeatedly and solemnly encourage an act of violence -- suicide -- on the part of a specific individual: her boyfriend.
