And that's not even considering the inconvenience of a visit to the clinic, nor the physical/psychological consequences of the premature termination of a pregnancy.

@anicholeRL9861 You wanted to keep a barely viable fetus, that's great. But other women should at least have the choice of taking such a risk and, even if all goes well, assuming such a burden. And please, keep your fairy tales to yourself. They have no place in the uteruses of others.

@brendabullard8246 There is no right to life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness in the Constitution. That is stated in the Declaration of Independence, which is of limited legal value. Rather, the 14th Amendment states that "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." Besides, what about protecting the mother's liberty and pursuit of happiness by permitting her to exercise autonomy over her own body, at least up to a certain point?
