I picked up on that too. I sincerely doubt that he has any thoughts and opinions of his own -- he will simply be a placeholder who toes the party line. Can you imagine him writing legislation?! I'm honestly not even sure he's literate. This is in contrast to someone like J.D. Vance who, although flawed, actually appears competent as a politician (at least superficially). Walker doesn't even have the appearance of competence. It's truly frightening that this race is close, nevermind a statistical toss-up.
