  1. Mobility itself isn't an issue, especially when it's done within the confines of one's own vehicle. The most important restrictions need to be on gatherings, I'd say meetings of 5 or more people need to be temporarily outlawed. Police and/or the military should be enforcing this policy, and not concerning themselves with where everyone is traveling and why (in private transportation, not public). The cure should not be worse than the problem itself.

  3.  @Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN  France and UK are both on lockdown, and the populations of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and Scotland are spit in comparison the the US. Oh, and Ireland is on lockdown too.
