  2. I agree with Rubio. I think a good first step is to implement more comprehensive background checks to weed out the individuals that may be more likely to commit acts of violence and deny them their 2nd Amendment rights. If that doesn't work, THEN we can talk gun control. I am trying to come up with the most logical and bipartisan approach to this issue, and this is what I have so far.

  3. Would it require an amendment to prevent 18 year-olds from obtaining rifles? Because as far as I know, 18 years is legally an adult in the United States. I'm curious.
