We need you to respond to all these religious bots. Fight fire with fire, I say. Although I'm of the opinion that the reality of war and other "evil" human activities (i.e. those that cause unnecessary suffering) are adequately explained in the Jewish/Christian/Muslim worldview by means of the free will defense. Natural disasters, however, are much more difficult to reconcile with the existence of an omnipotent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent god because they are not human-caused. For a planet and a universe that was supposedly "fine-tuned" for life (and humans in particular), it sure does seem out to get us.

Republicans (and corprorate Democrats) literally led the effort to supply Saudi Arabia, a genocidal theocratic dictatorship starving an entire country (Yemen) via an embargo, U.S. military weaponry for "defensive" purposes (which is a load of crap). Bernie even gave a speech in which he said that he is "in the uncomforable position of agreeing my Republican colleague Senator Rand Paul," who also opposes this measure, not for moral reasons, but because he's a deficit hawk. Real liberal Democrats do not support supplying weapons to anyone who isn't a sovereign nation allied with the West (i.e. democratic and protectors of human rights) at risk of invasion. Period.
