  1. Why don't we just let people wear whatever hairstyle they want? And putting aside the "cultural appropriation" bull** for a second, that hairstyle looks HORRIBLE on Adele. Awful in every single way. But that's just my opinion. I think she should be free to wear her hair whatever way she chooses. It's her body, she can do what she wants with it. The fact that someone would get FIRED for wearing his or her hair a certain way (assuming it doesn't interfere with performance on the job) is absolutely DISGUSTING to me. There are only 3 reasons ANYONE should be fired, PERIOD. And they are: 1. Breaking the law 2. Violating company policy 3. Poor job performance That is IT. NINE words. If your employee isn't doing at least one of those three things, you signed a CONTRACT with them once they got hired that they can only be terminated once they have. Nobody should be FIRED for having a certain hairstyle (again, as long as it doesn't interfere with the job).
