  2. A real-life Shawshank Redemption. The only difference is that he (hopefully) won't have to escape to get out. This is why private prisons are an absurd idea; keeping prisoners is just too profitable, and there is nothing they won't do to boost their bottom line. Criminal justice should be a function of the government ONLY. I hope he's well compensated upon his long-overdue release.
