  1. Honestly man, if the guy just forgot to use a turn signal or was doing 60 in a 55 zone, the chase isn't even worth it. As a matter of fact, I think it would have to be something particularly egregious to even try pulling the guy over in the first place. A "Hollywood stop" just doesn't cut it. Flying through at 20 mph though, that's another thing. I think police shouldn't get too power-hungry and only pull over or chase the most dangerous and blatant violators of the law. Stop putting innocent people's lives at risk because some guy didn't wear his damn seatbelt.
