Just do what they did in the old days and shoot 'em. Cowboys would agree that if the population grows too big, the best solution is to just put a bullet through their heads. It's not pretty but it is effective. And it saves a LOT of money. If we want to keep their numbers at a sustainable level, some will have to die. That's just the way it is. It's either by starvation or a bullet. Which would you prefer? And I would totally adopt a couple of them if I had the land for them to graze on.
