  3. Callsign Bama First, I was referring to the children's parents when I said "they" tried crossing the border illegally. Second, it's not the US's fault that many Latin American countries suck, so why should we be punished for it? Third, the border patrol will take children into custody if they think the parents pose a threat to the child's safety. Is that all you got?

  4. Callsign Bama Over 2,000 were taken because the PARENTS and their children tried crossing the border illegally. That is no longer in effect, by the way, thanks to Trump. And yes, I know the US has a history in Latin America but our involvement ended decades ago. The nations' failure to recover reflects the incompetence of the people to come together to create a government that looks after their best interests.
