@WatchmyPlaylist. I never said that racial motivation is strictly one-sided. I only advocate that tensions on both sides are alleviated.

@newswithzachary4277 Most of the time there is a motive. For example, the Parkland shooter was a former student who was forced out at some point and legally old enough to purchase a firearm. And people buy drugs because they want to get high or they are addicted to them. It's much less likely that this was a randomly selected target. There is often some desire the shooter wants to fulfill if they are going to do something that might cost them their life.
