Only those who supported the Build Back Better Act, which would have provided Americans with expansions to Medicare to include hearing, vision, and dental; universal childcare and homecare/elder care; paid maternity leave; an extended child tax credit; and tuition-free community college (all of which EVERY OTHER developed country already provides) actually care about helping their constituents -- i.e. ordinary Americans, not the wealthy elite.
