@guyrabinowitz Santos divorced from his wife two weeks before he ran for office in New York, yet he claims to be a "homosexual," hmmm . . . Can you tell me with a straight face that you have full confidence in anything this guy says?

Civil servants blatantly lying, not even about policy matters but basic facts about THEMSELVES, should NEVER be tolerated! He's not "sorry" he embellished his résumé, he's sorry he got CAUGHT. If anyone but a politician were caught doing this, they would be immediately terminated. Yet, there is nothing to stop this rat from holding elected office for two full years. I am SICK of this absurd two-tiered system of justice -- SICK of it. Now this is worth Jan. 6-ing over. If the politicians won't enact or enforce some basic standards on themselves, it's up to the People to take matters into their own hands. The revolutionaries to whom we owe our country's existence -- the Founders -- would be absolutely disgusted.

@TruckTaxiMoveIt Partially because of Trump. I don't believe a particularly Trump-y Republican could get elected in New York.

@Stoddard777 True, but not to this degree. Most others' lying habits are intolerable and reprehensible, but this goes beyond that -- this is egregious and pathological.
