  1. You don't get a job because of your genitalia or skin color. You get a job because you're qualified. By all means discrimination has to be fought ruthlessly wherever it can be found, but its existence is hardly an excuse to justify hiring practices that do the same in reverse. I like to fancy myself a sane voice for the left, but nowadays I'm not too sure. They might be leaving me behind.
