If this virus started in Germany no one would be complaining about an uptick in "violence against Whites" due to supposed "racial rhetoric" like "German virus." The geographical location of the virus' origin is entirely separate from the community of people who happen to reside there. The media is trying to put a racial spin on this to agitate its viewers and drive up ratings. Despicable.

@wowsean Well that's stupid. I'm part German and I wouldn't like being called "German virus" too much. Some people need to grow up 🤦‍♂️

@zakjackson2610 I see your point, but I think you misunderstood me slightly. I'm not arguing that we wouldn't see a slight uptick in violence against White people if a virus originated in Europe, but that the Mainstream Media would be much less likely to cover it (presumably because of this woke culture virtue-signalling and grandstanding, but under the guise that Whites are in the "majority" and not deserving of attention). By the same token, I think the media is blowing this way out of proportion for their own political agenda and to boost ratings (by antagonizing their viewers). However, a bit of history would indicate the violence against Whites wouldn't be as severe; most notably when we take into account the Second World War and the deportation of all Japanese-Americans to internment camps but not German-Americans. The point I'm trying to make is that the media is capitalizing on an issue of relatively small significance as they have done with the deaths of Blacks at the hands of police--while completely ignoring the killing of Dylan Noble or Tony Timpa--to create further division. And I don't appreciate it.
