After watching the video and then this I really don't like either person in this debate. Both acted horribly stupid over essentially nothing - putting a dog on a leash. Like give me a f*cking break, that fluffball wasn't hurting anybody. Some dogs are more well behaved than others, this person had no right to lure the dog away from its owner with a treat. This really escalated beyond a justifiable reaction on both sides. I hope both of them face repercussions for this.
