  1. Yep, I've been to Fernley, and to that Walmart in particular. It's a nice little town, out in the middle of the desert. I think the whole state of Nevada is beautiful, especially during the summer. It's unlike anything I have ever seen in my part of California (the Central Valley/Bay Area), and it is a major reason why I want to move there. Another is that I have family that lives 30 minutes south in Silver Springs. To see this happen is just heartbreaking.

  2. Hell no. I should have the right to privacy and to do whatever I want with MY car, as long as I am not harming anyone else or putting anyone in serious danger. The tinted windows ban in California is a HUGE reason I despise this state. I'm a liberal/progressive leftist/social democrat to the core, but I'm also a libertarian who believes that rights should not stripped away unless there is a serious risk to public safety. Tinted windows pose no such risk.
