  1. Well that's kinda what "rest stops" are for... They have them all over Nevada. I've slept at the one in Amargosa Valley twice. Nice and peaceful over there.

  2.  @originaldanman  Who is Christ? Some boogieman or one of the thousands of historical figures that were deified throughout the centuries? If he cares so much about us, why doesn't he come and talk to me himself? Too lazy? Too incompetent? Too evil? Probably all of the above is my guess --- except for the most likely scenario: he doesn't exist.

  3. My first reaction when I read the title was "How do you crash on 93?!!" Then I saw the construction work and the semi with the dashcam just sitting there, and now I was really asking, "HOW DO YOU CRASH ON 93?!!!" Then the truck came, and I got my answer. Having driven these Nevada highways on two separate occasions, during 3/4-day road trips, getting stuck in construction work in the middle of literally NOWHERE was the bane of my existence. I remember sitting for what felt like an hour on 376 going south. Suffice it to say that when I was past the construction zone, I was outta there. I do my best to pay attention while I drive.
