  1. And what if the government develops a serum that, when injected, will change the person's behavior in such a way that they will be more subservient? This could easily be done if nationally vaccinations are made mandatory and if the supply of a certain vaccine is replaced by the serum. Then our offspring might live in a world more akin to The Giver. Mandatory vaccinations are totalitarian.
