@a-love-supremist I almost want to say just let them keep their job (if there aren't any other issues, of course). But if they get sick, don't feel too sorry for them. Maximum 2 days of sick pay, and that's it.

They're total hypocrites, you're right. But that's why if you're vaccinated, you shouldn't have to wear a mask (except in very special circumstances, like a mass gathering of both vaxxed and unvaxxed people).
