@LaMatrrix A lot of people hate the awful script George Lucas wrote for them, in addition to a mostly unentertaining plot (except for Revenge of the Sith of course). A lot of politics and less action and dogfighting than what most audiences wanted.

Poor Phantom Menace. An unentertaining movie all the way around, save for the fight scene with Darth Maul. At least it wasn't filled with plot holes and canon-breaking plot devices though cough cough Disney Trilogy.

@RM-cn8pw I would explain all the plot holes to you but there are too many to name. So instead I suggest watching a video from either MauLer or Thor Skywalker's channel and judging for yourself. You can consume this garbage all you want, you can even enjoy it, but what you can't do is fix everything wrong with it and objectively say it was good or well thought-out. Because news flash: it WASN'T. There was no plan from the beginning, that was evident after the release of Episode VIII and IX only confirmed it. It's a jumbled mess of sub-par quality that true Star Wars fans will hold Disney accountable for indefinitely. Most fanfictions are more coherent than this steaming pile of cinematic garbage.

@RM-cn8pw So go ahead, I challenge you: watch the videos and try to count how many plot holes are in just this ONE MOVIE (The Rise of Skywalker). And yes, I AM able of counting that high.

I would say The Rise of Skywalker should be added to this list, but there wasn't much hype left for that movie anyway after the absolutely horrendous Episode VIII.

@RM-cn8pw An excellent Episode VIII that made Luke look like the galaxy's biggest jackass, Rey overpowered with little to no training, killed off Snoke with zero backstory, had a pointless side quest rife with political messaging, introduced two of the most awful characters in Star Wars history (Rose Tico and Amilyn Holdo), fundamentally broke canon by using hyperspace as a superweapon, need I go on? The movie was awful by every single measure; stand-alone, as a part of a trilogy, and a part of the Star Wars saga. Worst Star Wars film by far on just those objective measures.
