@HairyAl1969 That's bullcrap. Yes, the cammer was wrong to flash his high beams, but most vehicles are equipped with anti-glare on their rearview mirror for precisely this reason. Considering the fact that the cammer was behind the car that brake-checked him, there is absolutely zero excuse for that car to have slown down due to a lack of visibility. (If they were traveling in opposite directions, then I could see how the driver might be blinded.) Liability is 100% on the car on front -- I'm with the cammer on this one (although I also believe flashing your high beams to express road rage is a bad idea).
