Cammer should have waited until the other left-turn lane was clear or a driver was kind enough to let him/her through. Still, I can't help but believe the other guy is also an idiot for seemingly failing to anticipate that the cammer would attempt a maneuver like this. Of course, the crown for idiocy in this situation belongs to the guy who stopped in the middle of an intersection, and who started all of this. It may also be worth mentioning that this is approximately 7 miles from my house, and I am quite familiar with this intersection and traffic in that area in general.
