  1. Such a horrible tragedy and loss for everyone involved. Her Drs dropped the ball massively, because of that, she will live with their medication blunders. Being alive now must be absolute hell for her, knowing coherently all she did and never being able to change that.

  4. Yes and her Drs dropped the ball by not listening to her actively and placing her on far too many meds that interacted poorly and had side effects.
