Yes they do, but that doesn’t mean every teen on an SSRI has suicidal ideation or acts like Carly. This was not meds related. She’s a manipulator and wanted to do what she wanted. Her Mom got in her way.

@jessiimoore82 Celexa isn’t a horrible drug, don’t push that stigma. If it didn’t work for you then that’s fine, that’s you, not everyone. I reacted terribly to trintellix but lots of people find it great. Meds are very individual.

@vitalucas9452 There isn’t an anti- rage pill. There are antipsychotics and mood stabilizers.

@banana_loaf1046 It’s not even your comment, so clearly you don’t know what the intention behind it was. “Do come with a warning” indicates that this person feels that all SSRI’s are dangerous to teens. That’s simply not true.

@Jace-x4n No, this is not from meds. It’s a combo of her mental illness and her highly manipulative personality and insecurity wanting to control her life, her Mom threatened that in her mind, so she killed her. She’s deeply disturbed and needs to be in a lockdown mental health facility or jail.
