  4. All the technology in the video is literally outdated, over a century old. Instead of modern laser cutting, plasma cutting is used, which leaves a wide seam. Welding is a morally outdated semi-automatic machine, instead of TIG. CNC machines with control circuits from the 80s of the last century (more or less modern only a lathe). Instead of, again, modern modular template systems, they use... a piece of metal pressed with a clamp, judging by the appearance of which it is also the same age as this production. And the enchanting lubrication of the seats during assembly, for which this employee should simply be fired, is a real masterpiece, the lubricant in his can has obviously dried up, there is almost no trace left on the seat, and it is clear that there are grooves inside for the circulation of lubricant - there is nothing at all there didn't hit.

  5. this technique was developed 50 years ago, and since then they have been producing it this way, without optimizing their processes in any way. Japan is a country of conservatism, where, out of principle, they will do the same thing like idiots for decades, without trying to improve processes or product quality.
