  2. Well, someone had to say it. I'm glad you did rather than me. I tend to draw hateful replies. That said, I agree because I've been to some of those area and in the U.S. (rural as well as urban) impoverished communities are the same. I never understood why. People need to learn genuine self-respect. It has nothing to do with economics.
