  1. Dollar General is following the same marketing pattern as Walmart when it first started expanding. If it says it on the shelf that legally is the price. They also, as Walmart, try to shut down local businesses. I've seen a lot of nice small towns on Oklahoma and Texas turn into ghost towns because of these retail thieves.
