Any thrust in a rarefied atmosphere even far higher than 8ft would disturb surface dust....there is NO disturbance of dust at all under the LM. 2. Your silly analogy of Do you park your car with the accelerator mashed to the floor? has also been addressed at length.

@g.gorrell2088 We live on a globe that "spins" twice as slow as an hour hand on a clock - is still 1000mph at ground level....you seem to have your scale ratios completely wrong....yes a merry-go-round travelling @ 15° per hour wouldn't be much fun....but scale that merry-go-round up to the size of the Earth it would be pretty fast....plus you would feel the angular momentum change not only of the rotation but also the orbit. I have seen videos of people jumping on a Trampoline being towed behind a truck in a straight line and of course they land back on it to try and prove a spinning ball Earth but what they don't do is drive the truck in a circle like a rotation would - the person on the trampoline would miss it....simple physics. Kubrick was an advisor - it is documented.

@g.gorrell2088 Two celestial Poles eh - nothing to do with position and perspective then - btw isn't it strange that when you taken a long exposure shot of the stars they are going in a circular motion and not streaks across the sky which would happen if the Earth was indeed orbiting the Sun. It's not just Einstein that said this many renown scientists have - ever heard of the Sir George Biddell Airy's [Airy's Failure] experiment when tried to prove the rotation of the Earth...it is called a failure for a reason.

@g.gorrell2088 Exactly - they should sweep across the sky instead of a perfectly circular motion - but that really doesn't matter because it's the Earth's motion that counts not the Stars - no curve detected, no motion detected but much deception/misdirection detected.

The manufacturers of the Hasselblad camera said it would be impossible to take pictures of the Moon in those temperatures [both hot and cold to the extremes] because the film would be freeze dried during the night and melt during the day......plus have you ever thought of the relative sizes of the Earth vs the Moon....now think about that Earth rise picture.....

@phildavenport4150 No - definitely photo shopped....many people have put the Earthrise photos through a spectral analysis and you can easily see the Earth is surrounded by photographic 'noise' which is a clear sign of insertion of the image onto the background.

@phildavenport4150 what specific evidence are we talking about coupled with observation and logic of what is provided from NASA should be enough_ just think of the amount of editing that NASA went through and still they blundered many times with a) the scenery b) the lighting c) the conflicting reports d) lost data 5) illogical movements of the LEM/Flag/Astronauts...etc etc. Insults is the first pointer to losing a discussion - and you come up spades with those.
