  2. Bret may be a very intelligent guy but the more I listen to him the more I realise he is a 100% bought entity ie controlled and therefore has zero credibility in my eyes. He is the definition of a word salad on steroids who changes his viewpoint every few weeks it seems. ....even if he is right - all these threats to Humanity are beyond my control so logically I absolutely do not concern myself with them at all....life is too short to worry about something beyond your control anyways. A fearmongering waste of an episode.

I recognise that the practice of medicine is a privilege with which comes considerable responsibility and I will not abuse my position. . There is no mention of profits before health ....unfortunately Doctors are managed by people who do not abide by this oath.

  15. By far the best way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you expend - and the best way to do this is to fast.....aerobic exercise is soo overrated in losing weight it's a joke....it has other benefits but not to lose weight.
