That is a great philosophy - I am going one stage further.....I have been sporty and fit all my life but now i'm in my 50's I want to push the boundaries of what my body can achieve [embarking ultra distance cycling]...so in fact I will be fitter than when I was in my 20's. Conclusion: do not ever stop moving !

I would rather eat full fat cheese that low fat cheese.....the same goes for sugar..... no sugar in the ingredients means just that but is replaced with something far worse.....maltodextrin.

Much of what ultra-processed refers to is not [just] the ingredients but the processes by which the ingredients have been subjected to.

The best way to fix the healthcare system is to educate children about good nutrition and good metabolic health so they won't need to use the healthcare system in the future.....they would be turning well before that iceberg.

@peter5.0 There are countless testimonies of vegans/vegetarians having many metabolic and gut problems including IBS - but when they went on a carnivore diet these symptoms miraculously disappeared....go figure. .....we are all entitled to opinions of course my friend...mine just happens to be correct.

@kbalbo725 I eat tons of cheese all the time but I am very active [Ultra-cyclist] plus I fast at least one day a week. Just eliminating cheese from your diet would not make you lose 40 lbs....there must of been far more drastic changes to your lifestyle than just cutting out cheese. ......btw did you know the main constituent of cell walls is cholesterol....
