Initially I didn't think it was the same image because the finger positions are different but on closer inspection of the wrinkle on the shirt and the button position I think it is the same picture but just edited by the BBC for not only the hand color but also the finger position.....sneaky BBC....another reason I haven't paid the license fee for years.
