  1.  This Machine Kills Fascists  guess what? His plea of guilty means nothing anymore because the FBI had no lawful grounds to investigate him in the first place. It all comes down to whether their questioning him was a lawful act in the first place and when it's unlawful, any offence that proceeds the illegal questioning is deemed inadmissble. This is but one problem committed by the FBI. Denying Flynn a lawyer was in itself unlawful. Then they waived Flynn's right to procedural fairness by questioning him under false pretenses and saying he doesn't need a lawyer. But I guess procedural fairness and any basic understanding of how the legal system works is beyond your grasp. Maybe you should spend less time being A N T I F A. They're time and time again proven to be uselful tools who aren't very bright.
