Inflation doesn't bother me. I'll just raise the rent. When I was a kid you could buy 5 candy bars for a quarter. Weed was $10. a lid. Gas. was 28¢ a gal. same for a pack of cigarettes 28¢. Now one candy bar you can't get for a dollar. 20 to 1 inflation in my lifetime.

@Smok33_ You are seriously misinformed if you believe most homeowners flip homes. MOST home owners live in their HOMES for life. HOUSE owners flip properties, those are called speculators or flippers. My mom lived in her house until the day she died. Over 45 years. It was the first house she and my step-dad bought to raise kids in. Single people flip houses, not families. Small percent are flippers. You raise property taxes you do so on older people on SS. My grandma's old house in SF has a $35K yearly tax bill now. She would have exhausted all her life savings just to cover her taxes had she lived past 90.
