February, the 20th Zelenskiy told something about creating nuclear weapons, Putin answered that he has all technologies after USSR. 24th of February Ukraine get first missiles. The same thing was between Israel and Iran. Israel bombed some research laboratories after they try to make nuclear bomb. And assassinated scientists too.
