  1. The only problem I have for Japan is when you leave the house you'll have pay them 1 or 2 months rent to landlord as the sign of thanking them for letting us stay in their house. Govt need to change this.

  2.  @ebitoro4590  Maybe not every landlords but people pay atleast 1 month rent while moving out as a sign of thanking. It has happen to my friends not me. Maybe it's a choice.
